Can I get her to move up, geez!

My little girl is sitting so low and I'm very uncomfortable..Yesterday on my lunch I swear I had the "pregnancy walk"..lol..and I'm getting like a slight cramping and pressure on my lower pelvic region..I'm thinking of doing some stretches at work today--jostle her around a bit..LOL..My DH actually said to me "Wow pregnancy takes a toll on the body, huh"..Nice to hear that coming from a guy cause they don't get it sometimes..

  • My little boy is very low too.  My DH mentioned I was 'waddling' the other day.  I think my DH is starting to realize how much work pregnancy is too!

  • My LO almost always hangs out low.  She seems to love wedging her head right in my pubic bone, and it is sooooo uncomfortable and achy.  I am seeing a PT for this and a few other pregnancy related things.  One position she said to try was getting on all fours and then letting your belly totally sag, and then pull it up and arch your back like a cat.  This helped with pressure and got baby to move up when I was letting my belly sag.  HTH!
  • My DH doesn't get it either.  There are days when I DEFINITELY waddle for the very same reason.  My son was always up in my ribs but my little girl sits very low and I feel pressure constantly.
