Trying to Get Pregnant

14 pos opk after ovulation?!

Hi All. I was just wondering if anyone had ever experienced this before...
I am very irregular so i never really know when i will O. My last AF was Dec 31st! Today is cycle day 67 - I got pos opks on Jan 14-15 so thinking i O'd i was expecting AF or BFP around the end of the month of Jan. AF never showed - thought i might actually be pregnant. On valentines day i was having large amounts of EWCM and i started to see a very small amount of brown tinge mixed in the EWCM...that lingered for 2-3 days, was barley enough to even call spotting lol. So i figured I must have not O'd in Jan and this was my O finally showing up...well a few days later i decided to start charting my bbt again to kinda see where i was at. according to my chart I finally O'd on Feb 25th, temps have stayed up since then. So...the thing is I have taken an opk everyday in the middle of the day for the last 15 days straight and I have gotten a positive everyday except for the 27th which was 2 dpo which was negative. Ive heard that opks can detect hcg but it would be impossible for it to detect hcg 3 dpo so i know that's not it, and other people have said maybe you didn't O but my temps are visibly higher and staying higher than before. And the pos opks are very boldly positive - no chance they're not. Any experiences or suggestions are welcome. I figure my body is just out of whack or something. Who knows. <3

  • I'm no pro, but I highly doubt you had 14 positive OPKs (14 days in a row). They weren't digitals? Can you link your chart?

  • I am not familiar with OPK's but I would probably wait and POAS at around 12 DPO.

I was going to say the same thing.   Sad

I hate being an internet doctor, so I try not to say that people could have something, but a lot of your symptoms sounds like PCOS.

I only use digital OPKs because of my PCOS and even then I sometimes get multiple positives throughout the month.
