I know I don't post often, but I check the board daily. We've already decided to wait until after the first trimester to tell our families, but I'm so excited that I had to tell someone!
Any advice on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
Ditto Kat - call your doctor right away and make an appointment. Be prepared to tell the receptionist when the first day of your last period was (or lie and tell them 14 days before you Od, if you know that date). Take PNVs if you're not already. Take your first belly pic, but don't be surprised if you look more pregnant today than you do in three weeks...yay bloat!
Start thinking of a way to break the news to family! That's the fun stuff!
I've already been taking prenatals for a while, and I'm planning to call the doctor tomorrow. Good tip about saying my last period was 14 days before my O date. I wouldn't have thought of that. I'll have to take a belly pic too. I've already taken my measurements and weighed myself. I have a few ideas for telling people when the time comes. I feel like there is more I should be doing, but I guess at this stage there isn't much I can do!
Re: AW: BFP!
I know! We were hoping we'd get pregnant last cycle so we could tell everyone at Christmas.
We also have birthday party to go to today so we'll be surrounded by family. It will be hard to keep quiet!
