Pinterest Question...

I enjoy the What's Cooking board but don't really post over there. Just like using it as a starting point for getting inspired when looking for a recipe. Anyway, there was a recent discussion about The Nest & The Bump pinning pictures from many of the discussion boards. Bloggers are (understandably) bothered that the link takes you to the nest rather than the recipe. So I hopped over the The Bumps pinterest page and saw babies pinned that are of our July mamas. So I guess my question is, did you submit pictures for the bump or are they also pulling baby pics from HDBD posts and other posts?

    I clicked on a bunch of random babies and most take you to a slide show of "submitted" pictures. Some took me to the main community home page but none linked me to a BMB or specific conversation. I just hope that actually means the user intended for the picture to be used in a slide show and be tagged with her TB screen name or first name!

    I submitted maternity pics, and are displayed on their pinterest page. They also asked me first if I would allow them to display them there.

    I don't use Pinterest much, and it is blocked here at work. I wonder if Mason's Valentine's photo is on it. It was in an email sent out to every single Bump member, and it was part of a slide show. I suppose I don't mind too much, but it kind of creeps me out that I didn't even know about it. I didn't even know that the Bump had a Pinterest page. I will have to check this out tomorrow.

    I REALLY wish that I could see this at work. Why are all of the good sites (except TB, of course) blocked???

    Sad thing is that I can't even pin my own son if he is a pin. I don't need everyone I know to have connections to my Bump life.
