I'm having a baked ham, cheesy potatoes, homemade crescent rolls, green beans and a lemon cake for dessert... just all the average stuff I guess. I'm up for new ideas through!

My mom still makes a huge Easter dinner every year since she feeds my entire family. We usually have ham, small turkey, cream corn, green bean casserole, red beats, mashed potatoes, lima beans, rolls, and jello eggs. She also makes my grandma's coconut cake every year. She goes a little overboard.

We usually do a honey baked ham, mashed potatoes, salad, green beans, creamed corn with my family. My in laws sometimes get a little crazy and do a brunch...its always a surprise..makes it more exciting..

No Quesidilla's?
My family always does easter breakfast.
But this is a really good potatoe recipe if you aren't feeling cheesy potatoes. (Which are typical in our family dinners.)
