How do I shrink an outfit?

Anyone have experience with shrinking things?  I got a onesie for DS for St. Patty's day, but it's too big (they didn't have his size)...I want to shrink it so he can wear it.  Any suggestions?

  • Wash it in hot water and then put it in the dryer on high heat and dry it longer than it needs to get dry. What kind of fabric is it? If it is cotton, it should shrink

this. I've also noticed the more you wash and dry the smaller they seem to get....although that could be DD growing lol

This is too funny! I was thinking that it seems DS's clothes are shrinking the more I wash them.. then I put the next size up on him and it fits. Boo for getting bigger.
