My body really only produced between 60mL-90mL around that time. That is the typical amount a "newborn" would need at one week. Your milk IS in! Around 10 weeks of constant round the clock 8-10 sessions a day, I yielded 28-30oz a day. A two month old takes about that much.
Not that it made things better, but while Sam was only getting 2-4 oz a day, I was getting 16-20. I was able to store away a TON of milk.

Sounds like you're doing great! That sounds like what a "typical" newborn would take in one feeding. Just keep pumping...you will see those numbers climb and you will have a freezer stash before you know it! Before I had to stop pumping at 5 months, I was getting around 32 ounces a day (she was only eating around 24) so, I was able to stash A LOT. (even though I ended up not being able to use it due to a protein allergy )...You're doing wonderful though! It's tough but it's so worth it.
