I know you arent talking to me, but mine is oot weekly. He comes home on Wednesdays, SOMETIMES.
I love the mustache. I might have to totally steal this idea. (I will keep it off the Bump though.) You LO is adorable. Are you a SAHM? Otherwise, it must be hard with DH away so much.

You may be referring to my post a couple days ago?? Well either way, you are so sweet to ask.
DH is OOT this week. He is away for about a total of 2 months per year (in spurts - week here, week there, days here, days there). I work full time - so she's off to DC for the day. This was a good week for him to go away because I don't have a lot of meetings and can work from home but its rough on the busy days.
But, I'm not complaining. I know there are or used to be military wives and single moms on here... hardest job ever.
Oh, and the best part, not feeling guilty for spending time with you ladies and not DH. Prepare yourselves for a SATC reference... and a little SSB (secret single behavior).

DH came back tonight and things are all well in the house. He's just such a huge part of the baby's regular routine that it's weird when he's gone. I absolutely should have made a video when DH came home tonight. I have never seen DS so animated. It was SO ridiculous.
DH sat next to the sweetest little bigot on the plane on his way up. She was this polite little lady who told him all about what a nice place Canada was before the immigrants moved in and colored it up.

Yes, thankfully I sah. I have my mom for help too. He currently works about 120 miles away, and stays at a friends house during the week. He comes home on wednesdays if he doesnt get stuck with overtime. Which he always does. Mainly, its just lonely. Honestly my throat hurts at the end of the weekend from talking his face off. End are just waiting to get things in order to move us out there so we can be together every night. I can't wait!

Re: Who Said Their DH Is OOT This Week?
I imagine that could be rough. Do you have anyone to help you out?
