Pregnant , divorcing, being deported and scared what the future holds!!

I'm 8 weeks pregnant, my husband is sending my daughter and myself back to our country, he is taking no responsibility for our unborn, but says if he decides he wants this child he will get it when he feels like it... I want to run and hide, but I will need child support.. If I fight this in court what are my rights, can anyone help me.. I'm so scared he will do something to us, or take my baby once he/ she is born.. I already had to give up child support to come to the states for my 6 year old as he wanted to raise her as his own.. Now I'm left with nothing .. And 2 children!!!

    "lurker coming out of hiding" - if the govt is deporting you make sure that they know you are pregnant they may not send you.  If it is your husband just trying to send you back to your country then you have choices.  You may want to reach out to immigration and see what your options are - especially if you children born in the US and/or have had status before...  "lurker going back to hiding".
