tiny summer plans?

what do you look forward to doing in the summer? i'm not talking vacations or anything big, just the small stuff.

for instance, i'm looking forward to:

walking barefoot in the grass, having morning coffee on the porch, taking a bubble bath with the windows open (shades drawn of course!), taking pics of ds enjoying the sun, and the smell of sunscreen! i swear i smell like a coconut from may to september!

i could go on an on. sitting down by the river bank. having a drink after the sun goes down. opening all the windows in the house and letting the breeze come in! ugh!!

    Grilling in the back yard, burgers and a beer, LO wearing nothing but a diaper/not bundeling her up for snow, warm breezes... I could go on and on

    ALL OF IT!! Seriously, there isn't one thing mentioned that I don't love! It has been so nice here the past 2 days too, it is really getting me geared up for SUMMER!!! :) 

    This might be a big thing, and I think we can all agree that it is something we are looking forward to, but B's first birthday :D! We are going to end up having 2 parties and I am excited.

    Late night talks on the back deck with the hubby. Over wine of course! I really missed those last summer when I was exhausted from pregnancy or up every 2-3 hrs feeding W.

    I can't wait to go to the beach I am so looking forward to that.  Last summer was horrible since I had PUPPS during my pregnancy I hardly ever went out.  Can't wait to see LO's face when he sees the beach!

    This summer may be a bit different since I'm having another baby in June, but I am excited to take Saoirse for picnics in the park and people-watching by the Thames River.
