We are getting our new car seat today from UPS! I am very excited and cannot wait! Have any of your LOs in car seats? How are they liking it verses a carrier?
DS seems to like his new carseat so far. We just switched him after Christmas. IT sure beats lugging him around in his carrier. The kid was getting HEAVY!
We switched in June, because he was so huge. So, we really didn't seem to notice any difference in his happiness between the two. I am jealous that you were able to keep the carrier for this long! Both of my kids outgrew it by early summer (both March babies).

DD seems to like her new carseat better. There was so little slack with the straps in her infant seat she hated getting in and out of it. This one is so much easier for everyone!

Time to make Emilie a big sister!

we haven't switched YDD yet, MDD switched at 6 months because she screamed in her bucket seat, the convertible was a life-saver with her. YDD doesn't care. We have a SS1 (replaced by the snug ride 32) and she's within both the height and weight limits for it still so we've been putting it off, but we'll need one soon.
