Tmi?? Perineum pain

I am 30-31wks with my second little girl (1st is 22months) and I'm having pain in my perineal area. Knock on wood, no hemmroids with either but this is a similar type pain but constant and not with a bm. I had a mild tear that required 5-10 stitches with my first delivery and the pain seems to be on the where the scar would be. Has this happened to anyone else????

    I havent been having a lot of pain mostly just tons of pressure! My doctor told me that since its my second my muscles are not as strong as the first time...so therefore it equals tons more pressure!
