Is it just me, or is it going by a little faster? I feel like the 3-2-1 format makes the time fly because I can say - "Ok done with strength training for the day" or "one more cardio."
would i have to buy the program. i thought i saw where someone said it's on youtube? i'd be interested if i didn't have to purchase it. ha! that makes me sound cheap but i'm saving for some kitchen remodeling!

Done! I started level 3 today, WOW! But I always feel so good for the rest of the day after I workout.
Done! I don't think we posted our stats in the begining. I totally forgot to take my measurements but I did weight myself.
