We have a single burner griddle pan but I'm wondering if I'm going to need to upgrade when we have 3 kids who are eating table food. I can only make 4 pancakes at a time.
I have a double burner griddle, which is nice. But, I love to use my electric skillet to cook pancakes and french toast. I can fit 8 pieces of toast in it.
We have had it for 5 years, and it has held up great!. I like that you can flip it to the "grill" side to do kabobs or small grill projects indoors. We actually had pancakes for dinner using the griddle last night.
I also have a stand-alone electric griddle. I'm too impatient to only cook 2 or 3 pancakes at a time (which is all I could do in my skillet; I don't own a griddle pan).

Now I need this! haha! Thanks for the link. I just have a regular griddle pan, but I use it almost everyday. I need an upgrade.
We don't have a griddle. My cast iron pan makes 4 pancakes at a time and I just keep them warm in the oven until I have enough ready to serve breakfast.
I did too... and thought "heck, I ain't wearing no girdle" lol... )
Re: How big is your griddle?
We had cinnamon pancakes and chocolate chip pancakes this morning... yummm.
