What a morning!

So this morning, bright and early, I wake up to the lovely sounds of my cat getting sick. I tried to wake my H and either he played possum and ignored me or was actually sleeping. I got up and found a trail of gross in my bedroom and down the hallway. While I'm cleaning it up, DS wakes up screaming. I go in there and he's on his tummy and has his head shoved into the corner of the crib. Nice.

I move him to the middle of the crib and find that he has had a poop-splosion. Even more lovely. I get that cleaned up and of course now he's wide awake 2 hours before his normal time. And on top of this, we have the 2nd part of his flu shot today at 9:30.

I guess the positive part of this story is that since my H is off work again today, he is feeding Aidan while I bump and drink my coffee. Good morning, ladies!

    I thought it was bad that ds got up at 3 am today and has only napped since. That is just no way to start the day!  Hope it goes smooth from here on!

    I don't know about cat puke but dog puke is NASTY. Our dog got a hold of 2 dozen eggs the other night that I had forgotten to put away, ate them all and then puked them all up. It was disgusting!

    Jeeze, cat puke is the WORST, it's so slimey and gooey!  Here's to hoping your day only looks up from here. 

    If it's any consolation, I thought the flu shot was what bothered LO at his 6 month appointment, and yet he had NO reaction what so ever to the 2nd half of the flu shot...hope your LO does well!

    I wake to cat puke probably 4 days a week. It makes me blazing hot mad. So gross.I hope your day gets better.

    ugh i hate cat puke! i hate hearing our cat hurl it up, i hate seeing him heeve, and i especially hate cleaning it up! he went through this period where he would puke all the time but the vet just said his stomach was sensitive! $100 vet bill! nice!

    anyway hope the rest of your day goes beautifully. you deserve it!

    Any type of puke sounds awful. My dog got ahold of something orange last night because I awoke to orange vomit on the carpet. Ugh.
