Recommendations for girl shoes for super narrow feet?

My DD has incredibly narrow feet. She is in Pediped Flex's and has also worn Primigi's and on both the velcro crossover straps have at least an inch and a half hanging over the sides onto the ground when she pulls them tight across. When I look on Piperlime or other shoe websites, all the shoes seem to only come in medium or wide widths. If your DD has very narrow feet please let me know what shoes work for her. I prefer a closed toe shoe for her... Thanks!

    DD's feet are also narrow but I've had good luck at Stride Rite outlet.  Some of their styles and vendors run narrow and the clerks are able to point me to the kind that do.  You could also try a higher-end store like Nordstrom's where they might be able to find narrow widths.
