Anyone else with lumpy breasts???

I have an OB appt. tomorrow and I plan on asking for a breast exam, but I just wanted to see if anyone else experienced anything similar...

A few days ago, I noticed that my left breast is significant larger than my right, and it's lumpy.  Like, hard, round lumps, not squishy fatty ones.  If I press on them, they hurt a little, but they don't hurt unless I touch them.  They tend to move around and get smaller/larger at different times during the day, and sometimes I can't feel them at all for awhile.  But they come back later.  I've started leaking (actually I never really completely stopped leaking after I stopped BFing my daughter), so I'm kind of thinking it's just clogged milk ducts or something harmless like that (I had clogged ducts all the time when BFing).  However, my mother is a breast cancer survivor- she had a lumpectomy, chemo, and radiation on her Stage II cancer about a year ago, so I can't help worrying that it's something serious.

I consulted Dr. Google, and he is telling me that in most cases, because the breast tissue is changing so much during pregnancy and with all the hormonal changes, it's not likely to be cancer.  However, Dr. Google also said that because of all the breast changes, it's difficult to distinguish between harmless and harmful.  Again, I plan on asking my Dr. tomorrow and requesting additional testing if necessary, just wondering if anyone else had anything like this.

    I was lumpy to begin with, just the way mine are.  Had a breast exam at my last ob apt and they said it all feels normal to them.  I find i'm lumpier the more caffine i drink so i try to keep it minimal if i can.  my ob keeps an eye out because i had a begnin one (rather largeish) removed when i was 12, so i'm really carefull about tracking anything much bigger than pea sized. 

    Ask your dr, they're more than happy to take a look and see.

    Sorry to jump over...I was searching lumpy breast and this popped up.  I'm nearly three months post pardum And breastfeeding...our situations are clost to the same (mom with cancer and all)...my doctor said if it persisted for two weeks to call back for an ultrasound...
