What tricks do you use to get rid of a head cold? My head feels like a balloon!

    Yuck! I just had one a week ago. Definitely everything ffs said. Get the behind the pharmacy counter sudefed. It works much better than the one on the shelf.

    I drink cold ease tea from Traditional Medicine (I think Yogi Tea has one also that's good). I take aged garlic extract pills from Kyolic - about 3000mg a day. I also drink Vitamin C in these packets - I think the ones we've been getting are called Electrolyte Fizz.
