BS/ASV for hair...

I tried this for the first time (1 tbsp to 1 cup water) and hair sort of grimy today. I am not sure how much to use of each when in the shower. I used around half of the mixture of both and thought that may be too much and the issue. 

Can anyone give advice?

Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p

Little A born 38w 2d on 05/23/13 and is a true miracle for this IF Vet!

    I use 1 TBSP of baking soda in enough water to make a paste or a slurry, mostly on the crown of my head.  Scrub for a minute or so, then rinse.

    Then I use about 1-2 TBSP of ACV in half cup to cup of water.   I dump it over all my hair.

    I have a lot of relatively coarse hair.  I'm at a year plus of no poo and have a good routine.  You may have to fuss with the ratios for a while.  And it is likely you'll have an adjustment period while your scalp reacts to the change.  

    Good luck.  I love the way my hair is now that I don't use shampoo.

    I have two 20-oz squirty bottles that I use to mix the solutions I put about 2-4 tbsp baking soda in one and fill it with hot water, then shake it up to dissolve the BS. I put about 1/2 cup of ACV in the other with water and mix it up. 

    In the shower, I squirt the BS solution all over my head and then really scrub my scalp good for several minutes. The scrubbing really breaks up and loosens the oil and gunk from your scalp. Then rinse really well and follow the the ACV.
