Best Customer Service Ever!!!

Yesterday, DH, LO and I were having dinner at a Thai restaurant when all of a sudden, LO starts projectile vomiting ALL OVER ME!! I was covered!!! I was so in shock that I sat there for about 20 seconds with my mouth open. When I started to clean her, more came out and it was everywhere! A little Thai lady saw it and came running from the back with a bucket of hot, soapy water. This lady literally cleaned my entired outfit...and had me soaking wet LOL!!!! She wiped down all of our things that got soiled. I was so in shock at her reaction that I just sat there with my mouth open LOL!!

She then looked up at me and said "I have a baby and I know exactly how it is. Please let me help get you clean". She proceeded to clean ALL of our things. She ran to the back and came back with more hot, soapy water. She made sure she had gotten everything clean and told us not to worry and to enjoy our meal. A few of the women in the staff kept coming out to check on LO. They were so sweet to us and we left a great tip.

LO had a slight fever, so we think it was a stomach bug....but she is doing just fine now. DH and I was so tickled at the fact I was literraly soaked!

    I love hearing stories like this (not projectile vomit but awesome customer service).  If you get a chance I'd send them a thank you note.

    That's awesome!  I had a really nice lady at the drive-thru at CVS.  She was just so sweet and ran this discount card I had.  It made my 60  dollar RX free.  I really appreciated her extra effort.  It's so nice when people really surprise us.

    Hope your LO is feeling better.  She's a cutie!!

    That is great customer service.

    One time LO threw up all over the floor at buffalo wild wings. It took 15 minutes before anyone came to mop it up.

    That is sooooo nice!!!  Make sure you tell local people about this. Those people deserve customers.
