Just saw our first movie!

We went to see the Lorax. Jace giggles every time he sees the trailer so I took my chances. Fortunately, John and I took two cars. He made it an hour and a half through. I'd say that's pretty impressive! He also drank a slurpee, ate popcorn, and had a whole pack of starbursts). We may never nap today :)

He was really good through the movie. Only once did he demand, "I don't want to watch the Lorax anymore, mommy. I want Dora now." Of course, it was at a point where everyone else was silent :)

    Awww....I hadn't thought about taking D to that, but maybe we will!  We took her to The Muppets and she was great - the popcorn was an important distraction.

    That's so cute! I'm impressed he sat so well for that long. I hope he settled down to sleep for you tonight - that's a recipe for a wild boy! Mmmmm, Starburst.
