True Lemon

Anyone tried these little drink mix ins? If so, do you know if they're ok for us to sip on? I hear Crystal Light is a no no and I usually love water but would love something to add a lil flavor.

    Dangit, I just bought some Crystal Light!  Why did you hear it's a no-no?  Because of the Splenda or Sucralose or whatever sweetener's in there?  I just need to keep a list in my car of all the ingredients I can't have.

    I just add lemon or lemon juice to my water for some flavour...seems to do the trick.

    Crystal Light has a brand out called Pure that doesn't have the stuff that is as bad for you. I use that some to break up the water.

    True lemon is great! It is sweetened with stevia which is a natural sweetener that comes from a leaf found in South America. It's completely natural and absolutely safe, unlike artificial sweeteners such as sucralose and aspartame.
