Do you sit on the same couch opposite sides, same couch and snuggle, separate couches, different rooms?

We do separate couches. He lays on the big couch and I relcine on the small couch.

Mostly separate couches. I call shotgun on the big couch and he either lays on the floor or sits on the love seat with the ottoman. Some times he will sit at the end of the couch and rub my feet, but usually it's only if I ask.

Separate couches. I get one with 2 dogs and he gets one with 2 dogs. But one of them is "my couch" I will only lay on the one for some reason.

We usually sit on separate couches, they are the same size and in L shape so we both sit on the ends closest to each other. If we are watching a movie or something we usually snuggle on his couch (we joke about having his and hers)

Downstairs: I lay on the chaise, he sits on one of the seats on the sectional.
Upstairs: Separate lazyboy recliners.

I'm so NOT the cuddle type. I like my space and thankfully so does DH.

We have a big "L" shaped couch so we're technically on the same couch. If we're on our laptops or multitasking while watching then we're in our own spaces, but if we're just watching TV a movie then it's cuddle time

It really varies with us. Most of the time we are on the same couch, sometimes on different ones, and occassionally we cuddle on the larger couch.

We have an L shaped sectional with reclining ends...mostly I sit right next to him laptop in front of me on a tv table. Occassionally when I have the need to stretch my legs out I sit at the other end to use the recliner.

It used to be that I sat on the recliner and he sat on the reclining sofa, but as figured out that the recliner was making my back problems worse so we switched. We rarely sit on the same couch together.

DH insists on snuggling.

I also lay on the comfy soft couch, which is smaller but deep. The other couch is longer but shallower, and too firm to really watch tv on. It's basically the dogs couch. Someday I'm going to but my dream couch which is Just Right for snuggling for all

Depends on what we're watching. Sports = me on couch & DH on recliner. Non-sports related has us in seperate rooms or couch/recliner.

To the left of me is our cat, Talullah ... To the right of me is my boyfriend ... To the right of him is our dog, Huxley. Yep same spots most every night, except for the times that Hux nuzzles up right in between us.

If we are watching together (mostly on weekends) same couch, opposite ends, or in bed. During the week, I work days, he works nights, so he ususally rests in the basement on the futon watching sports. I watch in the living room lounging on the couch or upstairs in the bedroom while bumping.

Separate couch and loveseat. I've been using the couch lately, and DH is on the loveseat. Last year we were the reverse.

Most of the time we watch TV upstairs and all we have is a loveseat so we either sit side by side or snuggle. On rare occasions we watch TV downstairs where we have one recliner and two papasan chairs.

Same couch, different sides. I always take the right (with the end table) so I can work on my laptop. He typically takes the left and the dogs will cuddle in the middle cushion. I'm definitely not a couch cuddlier...I think it's because our couch isn't long or deep enough!

We have a sectional couch. He sits on one end, I sit on the other. Every once in a while, we'll lay down with both of our heads in the corner and hold hands or what have you.

We have a L shaped sectional couch so technically we're always on the same couch. We sit close to each other but not snuggling unless we're watching a movie. I usually try to position myself so my feet end up on his lap so he can rub them.

I agree. That made me smile. DH sits in the recliner. I sit on the couch. We have another chair, but it's usually full of my crafting stuff! Wink

Most of the time, we do same couch opposite sides. Although sometimes DH will prop his feet on me and I will rub them for him....and sometimes he lays his head on my lap/leg. I will sometimes lay on his lap as well and he plays with my hair. I LOVE that.
