Very faint red spots on LOs face

LO has very pale red bumps on his face around his mouth. Hes had a new type of ceral over the last 3 days. It has fruit in it( peaches, pinnapple, and oranges). You can really only see the spots if your looking for them, and they're deffinatly not raised at all. I opted out of that type of cereal today, hoping it would improve but the spots are still there. 

 He also had a really tough time sleeping last night. He has a super freak out that lasted about 45mins, which is very strange for him.  I gave him so advil, which didn't seem to help much. He had 5 poops yesterday, but they weren't runny at all. He usually has only 1 or 2.  He VERY grumpy today, but that might be just because he had a crappy sleep. His tummy doesn't seem to be upset, no extra gas or anything. 

I've never had a food allergy, so just wondering from those of you who have did LO present like this? If not, what did you see? Thanks!

    The acidity in the pineapple and oranges could be the culprit.  It might take a couple days to clear up. 

    Were the poops extra runny?  Any temp?

    no temp, no runny poops. He has had peaches with no problem, but hasn't had pineapple or oranges besides in this cereal.

    I would give it a couple days and then try reintroducing it to see if the same thing happens. My LO will sometimes have those spots on his face, especially around his mouth, when he's extra drooly and it has nothing to do with an allergy, it's all that spit! lol
