avent vs platex drop-ins?

I was curious if you ladies could help me choose.... I had registered for avent bottles and then a friend bought me a bunch of platex drop-ins. She said that her sister loves the drop-ins because you can really get all the air out and there is a whole lot less colic. The avent bottles says that they reduce colic and have a good air flow design, so now I am not sure of what to go with..... what do you ladies use and what have you heard? TIA

    We use both! We use the Avent as day bottles and ones that we stick in the diaper bag. We use the drop-ins...LOVE THEM at night. We EP during the day and DS FF at night.

     If I could go back and do it again, I might have just gone with drop ins.

    I love the Avent ones, they are all we use. I think the only difference could be price- but Avent are so much cuter!

    i would wait to see what your baby prefers. we tried avent first; he wouldn't take them. and then, we tried a bunch of different types. they only one he would take were the playtex drop ins. but, your baby could prefer something different.
