Ergo Question

Hi All,

My husband and I are traveling to Hawaii in a few weeks with our 9 month old.  We're bringing the stroller, but I am looking for a carrier to use as well.  I already have a Sleepy Wrap (like a Moby), but I think it will be too warm for both me and DS.  DS and I will be on our own pretty frequently, so I'm looking for something that is easy to put on by myself.  Does an Ergo seem like a good solution to you?  Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

Re: Ergo Question

  • also check out the beco butterfly. I think it is similar in style and price. They have a comparison chart here: https://www.jilliansdrawers.com/store/ergobabycarrier.html

    Have a good trip!

  • the ergo is super easy to put on and take off solo.  Plus, it's more comfortable than carrying the lug of potatoes around.

  • I love my ergo...we got it right before a trip to visit the in-laws last summer in NJ and it was great!  I use it all the time now.

Oh, and BTW I am totally jealous!

  • I think you will love the Ergo. You might want to get it in a lighter color for the heat. It is so easy to put on and take off--very comfy with baby.

The Moby made my shoulders ache after awhile, but the Ergo is very supportive and comfy.

I ordered mine here and they have a 90 day return if you or your baby doesn't like it. Fast shipping and a great deal!

Have fun in Hawaii! We hope to return someday with DS.
