How did the procedure go yesterday? How did Aaron take it and how is he doing now?

    Hey! Thanks for asking.

    The procedure went well. There was a LOT of fluid in his right ear (less in the left, but it was there too) so the ENT warned me there could be more discharge in that ear. But the tube surgery was so fast. He was done in 5 minutes.

    He gets PISSED off after anesthesia. LOL.  He was screaming and thrashing around until we changed his diaper and put his clothes on. Once we left the surgical center, he seemed fine. Took a monster nap yesterday but woke up super early this morning.  Today he was a bit more out of sorts.

    But I think he must hear more now. He keeps asking "what's that sound?" and an engine noise scared him. Hopefully he'll adjust soon.  Follow-up and another hearing test will be on the 19th.

    Awesome! He will discover a whole new world now. You just wait for a lot more questions from him from now on. You may even get annoyed :) Glad the procedure went well, and I think he will adjust in no time.
