Snuggle will be starting preschool in August of 2013, but we are going to look at our options starting this summer.  Both DH and I work full-time, so we will be looking for a preschool w/ DC.  My question is would the full tution of the preschool be eligible for Dependent Care Flex Spending?  TIA!

    yep.  It covers preschool, camp and daycare up to a certain age.
    DS1 age 7, DD age 5 and DS2 born 4/3/12

    Yes - daycare/preschool counts.  Once kids are in elementary, even the before and after school care through daycare or a school program counts.  If you pay for full day kindergarten, that does not count.

    yes, but I think you can only take a certain amount out yearly through the dependent care flex spending.
