Anything for drool face rash?

DS is a fountain, he has had a mild rash on his cheeks and chin for a while now, and it's getting worse. I miss those soft chubby cheeks! Is there anything I can put on them to help?

We use either Aquaphor or just plain Vasaline.

My LO's face finally cleared up but it comes back quick!! I just tried to blot his face dry as much as I could, and put lotion, mainly Aquaphor or Aveeno, a hundred times a day it seemed like. Even if it wasn't much just a dab to add some moisture and kept his face out of cold wind if at all possible!

This. Put it on a dry face and keep reapplying every so often so it is always protected.

I put the California Baby moisturizer on her face every night. Boudreaux's Butt Paste makes a little tube of cream especially for drool rashes that I put on her as needed. I can't remember the name of it. I found it at Target by the rest of their products.
