getting rid of yeast in dipes-GSE and/or vinegar?

We've been in sposies for the last 2 weeks while DS's yeast rash heals. It's almost completely gone and I want to go back to CD.

I have washed my CD with hot water a few times, but I don't want to use bleach. (I also sunned them.) I really want to make sure the yeast is gone. What do you recommend? I've read about grap seed eo and vinegar during the rinse. I probably need just one of these. Any tips? (I have an HE washer.)
