Afraid to post on the November board

I feel so foolish being so superstitious but I am afraid to post on the Nov. board. Last time I posted on the July board and it ended in a m/c. It took everything out of me today just to add a ticker in... Ugh! I don't like feeling this way, I want to enjoy this, not dread every step of the way!

Congrats on your pregnancy! I've actually been trying to stay around the "Pregnant After a Loss" thread, more than the "November 2012" thread, for the very same reason!

I had a bad miscarriage at nine weeks back in September, and of course, the only thing I can think will make it easier, is (sadly) time. How the heck am I supposed to stay calm until my ultrasound in two weeks? I guess one day at a time, but each hour is seemingly passing by SO SLOWLY Dx

I didn't post until we saw a heartbeat and I felt a tiny bit more hopeful about my pg. I was being totally superstitious too, as I'd been on the other BMBs before I found the heartbeat and then had to leave. Bah.

I waited until near the end of 1st tri to start posting on the June board. When I looked on the June board to begin with, I was astounded at how many people were rushing out to buy cribs and announce their pregnancies to the world as soon as they got a BFP. I really like a lot of the ladies on the June board now though and was happily surprised how supportive they have been toward a couple of ladies who have gone through a lot recently.

So far it has been almost exclusively intros. There have been quite a few that had a previous loss and/or trouble conceiving as well, so I am hoping that the P&R won't get too bad. Smile

I know I should just go do it, it certainly isn't going to change the outcome of this pregnancy! It's tough though to read how many people are so optimistic and already buying things. I remember being that way my first pregnancy, it's amazing what a m/c will do to you!

I am worried about the P&R too

It is nice to see a lot of people who have had losses on there (hope that comes across right).

I saw we had someone m/c lastnight, just breaks my heart. I am also so nervous that no one is going to post "sorry" posts to her. I am also waiting for the post about not liking to see the lost post--grrr.
