is producing less during a certain time normal? what do i do?

DD is 5 weeks old. This seems to happen every night between the 8pm-11pm feeding times. I can tell my breasts are not full & when she's eating, she just gets so frustrated because she is not getting anything (or very little) is this normal? what do i do?
During the night & all day is completley fine!! Just during that certain time frame...
