Just wanted to tell you that we tried the poached egg recipe from your blog, and we loved it so much we ate it twice this weekend! :) My husband loves making those kinds of (relatively) quick one-pan meals, so I think this one might be joining our regular rotation!

    ::butting in:: I was just eyeballing that today and telling DH we might need to make it! Glad to hear more raves about it. :)
