Bought a onesie...

After spending all day at work in awful pants that did not fit, I was determined to buy a second pair of maternity pants I could wear to work. And at the Gap I found this...

And it was so whimsical I couldn't resist. When all the girl's section had to offer were onesies printed with things like baby carriages and the phrase, 'Shop and Roll,' I think I'll be dressing our LO in boy's clothes for the first few months of his or her life.

They had lots of cute little sketchy circus type animals... there was also one with a bear that said 'Sweet as Honey' and I was tempted by that one, too :P But I only wanted to let myself have one! It feels too early (and I'm too nervy) to be buying much of anything at all. This was the first thing I've bought for baby!

    I only want the elephant 1. I love elephants!!! I may just have to let myself buy one with the semi intent of giving it to DH's cousin at her shower later this month but if I forget or it accidentally ends up in my LO's closet who could blame me right?

    That is so cute, boy or girl! Maternity pants make life so much easier, it was one of favorite discoveries about pregnancy.

    Love it!  And I'm right there with you on the girls clothes.  The girly girl sayings, glitter, rhinestones and sequins are far from what I like.  Our little girl will be in a lot of DS's old clothes.

    Some stuff is really cute, but a lot of it is just so silly!
