When do babies play with toys because...

this snuggle pod is seriously killing me with cuteness. I might buy it and sleep with it myself! LOL! Seriously this baby is going to put me in the poor house.

  • buy it!  Seriously, DD is now 3 and she would play with that.

Think of buying toys as investments - DD does play with some (not all) infant type toys, just differently.  That baby would be diapered, rocked, etc...

  • I don't have an exact age for you, but my son enjoyed "toys" far earlier than I assumed he would. His favourite thing was a maraca without a handle, and it was about the size of an egg. Could not pry that from his fingers for love nor money ;) They enjoy funny things - I'm sure they'll enjoy the snuggle pod!

  • Babies really start to play with toys around 3 months, especially those attached to their activity mats.  The toy you are looking at is probably in the 6-9 month range, but you lo will probably play with it for a long time.

Don't feel bad about buying toys.  DD is 17months and it looks like Toys R Us threw up in our house, but she always has something to do and never seems to be bored.

  • We don't have any yet, but it's killing me not to buy any.
