ouch! I have finally been feeling good enough to get a couple of workouts in and my legs seem to get so sore after. I was doing P90X and Tae-bo up until about week 6 when the thought of working out made me sick, I was at least able to squeeze 1-2 workouts in a week. But now that I have the energy to get back to it ouch! Has anyone else had this problem?
I did body pump after doing just 2 weeks of straight cardio and everything was sore after. I am trying to figure out how to continue to do pump with the bar when my belly gets huge.......dead rows are going to be strange LOL
I haven't stopped yet, so I haven't noticed a difference. I am worried about when my belly finally pops. I will need to do some alternate exercises in Boot Camp.
