  I think they are lovely names, but Cadence sounds awfully similar to McKayla IMO.

  LOVE Nolan.  Not a fan of Cadence and I do agree with the PP that it sounds similar to your DD's name.

  Nolan is nice.  Cadence, quite honestly, makes me shudder.  IMO it's part of the Caden/Brayden/Jaden/etc. trend and that's just so done.  And I think it's too similar in sound to McKayla.

  No offence to previous posters but how in the world do McKayla and Cadence sound similar? Other than both having a 'kay' sound in them?
