My anxiety got the best of me (BFN post)

I woke up about 45 minutes early and then my mind started racing about temping and POASing.  Anxiety tends to irritate my bowels so all of a sudden I really had to go but I did not want to get out of bed until I could take my temp at the regular time.  It was torture. I really had to poop! Time ticked by so slowly. I had to give up and take my temp about 15 minutes early, which gave me a slightly lower temp than usual, then I zoomed down to the bathroom because I was ready to explode!   Sorry for the TMI, LOL!

Still a BFN anyway. Silly me for getting so anxious.  Have a nice day!

    Ah, yes.  The POAS anxiety.  Been there.  There were nights where I literally couldn't sleep because I knew the next day I would be 12 dpo and could use my FMU to test.  Sorry about the BFN, but glad you were finally able to give your intestines the attention they deserve ;)

    Well that double sucks!  I know you know but you aren't out til the wicked witch shows.  GL when you test again.

    I can relate to the anxiety and I usually can't pee if I'm going to test the next morning.  I'm so sorry for the BFN.

    5/16/2005: M/C at 7 wks
    5/3/2010: MM/C at 7 wks 6 days
    5/25/2014: CP at 4 wks 3 days

    Because of the great "Snow"vember of 2015, my medicated cycle was cancelled.  However, we were blessed with our little rainbow baby due on 8/14/15!  Baby J had other plans and decided to make his grand ole entrance on 7/4/2015!

    Surprise!  Our little girl entered this world on 12/8/2016 after her eviction notice was long past due.  Our little turkey baby turned into a snow baby!  

                                                        
    Third times the charm!  BFP on 4/18/2019, EDD: 12/18/2019!

    As you can see from all the open circles on my chart, I've been waking up HOURS early because I was ready to POAS. BFN for me too. ((((HUGS)))). It sucks.

    PS - Anxiety irritates my bowels too. I know exactly how you feel. He he. Embarrassed

    Aww! Your chart was looking good too! I'm going to POAS again on Saturday and I'll stick with that because I need my sleep tomorrow and Friday!  Glad to know I'm not the only one with anxiety = irritable bowels.  I was a competitive swimmer in high school and I made so many trips to the bathroom during the meets because I was so nervous!!

    Oh no! Add me to the list of terrible sleeping, weird temping times and BFN. Hope you can sleep better the next few nights.

    BFP#2 Oct 24, 2011, natural miscarriage, EDD unknown
    After RPL testing my losses and subsequent infertility are considered unexplained.
    Cycle #22: Femara, TI, and progesterone = BFP!! 
    BFP#3 Dec 21, 2012. Beta #1 @14dpo = 134, progesterone 67.8. Beta #2 @ 17dpo = 664! Team green, EDD 9/1/13, healthy baby boy born 9/12/13!

    I definitely know how hard it is to sleep during those POAS days. I'm sorry for your BFN. But you're not out until AF shows. FX for tomorrow!
