How do I stop....

I've stopped breastfeeding and returned the pumo I rented... my breast are so sore and lumpy how long will this last? How do I stop the milk?

    I think you are suppose to slowly wean not just stop.

    I did, we nursed once a day for the last few weeks and I pumped at night, I've always had to supplement, had very low supply, when I pumped I was good to get an ounce at the end, BUT now that we've stopped I have all this milk... crazy how that worked out :-/

    Just space the time between pumping to be longer and longer and the try to just pump once a day and then try to not pump at all. The body will catch up. Especially, if you've had low supply issues to begin with.
