I just signed up for WW and really hoping I can keep up with it! biggest worry is a decrease in my BM supply. I have a really good supply right now and want to keep it that way )
I just started too! I'm on Day 2. And I'm hoping the same. But today, I pumped more than normal... so, I hope that sticks!
My question... How many people saw results? And how quickly? I'm already down to my pre-pregnancy weight, but want to drop a few more. I'd be happy with 10, but would LOVE to drop 20. I'm allowed 40 points, and yesterday was a little tough, but I realized at the end of the night if I was hungry then I could have an apple - since it's free. And that did the trick. Today, is much better so far.
And the weekly points - how do those work? I'm assuming you don't use some of them all week, right? It's just on those special occassions?
Thanks!

Thanks! Great to know! My LO is almost 4 months old, and I definitely don't want my supply to drop. My LO was not a preemie, but at 16 weeks old, she's on the small side, just over 11 lbs, so she needs my supply to remain constant.
I'm on day 3, and so far so good. Yesterday I didn't use my activity points, and I haven't touched my weekly points yet. I want to see what happens after a week if I don't use my weekly points, or use very little of them. If my supply drops then I'll use them, otherwise, I'll try not to.
When I do get hungry I try to make sure I have veggies and fruit. It's crazy how aware WW makes you of that. We all know that they are good for you, but if you're starving you typically grab other things first, string cheese, almonds, granola bars, etc. Even though those are healthy items, they add up! So, I've been pairing those items with fruits and veggies to sustain me. So far, so good... the first weigh in hopefully will be good!
