There are some things you can try before medication. B6 helps many women with morning sickness--my doc recommended between 25-50 mg a day. Ginger--either as a ginger tea, crystallized ginger (which is kind of like candy), or concentrated tablets. A constant influx of crackers--personally, I like Annie's Cheddar Bunnies. Or, if you're not actually keeping anything down, you can ask your doc for Zofran.
Being queasy is a part of being pregnant--a hard part, for sure, but it's going to happen to most women for at least part of her pregnancy. If you're just "queasy," and not actively vomiting 5+ times a day, you're probably doing just fine. And, just so you know, you can have a totally healthy pregnancy AND vomit 5x/day for the entire time--I did!
Hope you get some relief soon. And next time you post, please turn off the caps lock!
