I will not have another U/S until I am 24 weeks pregnant. I am worried that the baby will be to big and squished in the uterus to see any little boy or girl parts. I hope I am just being paranoid.
you should be ok. my friend had a 20 week u/s and they said it was a girl and then went back for a 27 week u/s for something and it turned out it was a boy! so they defn can tell!

Ususally one sex is more prominant than the other. The clitoris is extra big, which is usually a small penis, and if there if a vagina is may not go through all the way to a cervix, but if it does, there is most likely not a full reproductive system. This is why back in the day (and even now) parents would gender assign their babies based on the most fully developed sex organs, which a lot of times turned/turns out to be the hormones they have the least of, the babies/kids grow up intersexed.

Yes, the baby does get squished after awhile - but not at 24 weeks (more like 35). ?Even then, if the baby cooperates... we just found out girl at 37 weeks!
Re: Is there a time limit on finding out if the baby is a boy or a girl?
There's no time limit...you just never know if baby will cooperate the day you go in for the u/s. GL!
I've always wondered what a hermaphrodite's privates look like....
LOL.
