I've noticed if I don't wear a bra when I sleep my breasts are extremely sore the next morning - I don't want to wear my normal bra - what are you gals wearing at night? Sports bra? any other choices?
Even not pregnant, I hate having my breasts "free" when I sleep.... but I hate wearing a bra when I sleep... :S I wear tank tops with a built in "shelf" bra, or tighter stretchy tops, it kind of holds them down, without restricting anything. And it's comfortable
I just went to Walgreens and bought the Ahh Bra. I could never wear it to go places because it's too thin. But I find that it's got just the right amount of support for sleep.
I have some sleep/leisure bras. I think I got a pack of three of them from Sam's club a year or two ago. They are bamboo cotton and super comfortable. The straps can change from regular to criss-crossed in the back, which is what I keep them at.
If I'm behind on laundry, I will wear a sports bra.
