After several days f bleeding, abdominal and lower back pain I had a miscarriage. It's really hard to swallow the loss of my 7week baby. I knew something was wrong, I didn't feel pregnant and my pain wasn't normal. It will take some time to get back in the routine of life. The hardest part of all is to tell those who knew of the pregnancy. Having to explain the is tough. I don't wish this upon anyone.
I'm so sorry for your loss. This is a great board for support, we all feel your pain

So sorry for your loss. You are right, the hardest part is telling others, and hearing others try to express their sorrow to you. But every day gets a little bit easier than the last. And that gives a little peace.
So sorry for your loss. I m/c at 12w, so we had told almost the whole world it feels like. I had to think of everyone who knows and still haven't contacted everyone. Also, because of certain circumstances and an insensitive email, everyone at work also knew. In hind sight, I wish I wouldn't have told so many people, but we were excited and it was our first. I've found most people have been nothing but supportive and even sharing their own stories. This experience has made me grateful of all of the amazing people I have in my life. I hope you find the same. (hugs) We're here for you too.

I didn't have the courage to tell every person. Instead I told my mother and she shared it to each one of my siblings. My very good co worker informed my boss. So that worked for me. It's hard to be repeating over and over your sorrow.
