Oh man. This sucks. My grandma, who I was pretty much raised by, passed away at the ripe old age of almost 98. I'm so sad. She didn't suffer much thank goodness.
DD #2's middle name will be Margaret in her memory (which I had thought of earlier anyway).
Maybe Ashley Margaret. Hope it sounds nice - I think so.
Re: Grandma passed away today - MN of DD#2 to be Margaret
Ashley Margaret is a beautiful name. I'm really sorry to hear about your grandma, I know how hard it is. I still miss my grandma everyday and she's been gone a few years now. We're also using her name as our little one's middle name.
I am so sorry to hear about your grandma. I love the name!!!
We are using my grandma's middle name for our daughter's middle name. My grandpa her husband passed away this summer and if it had been a boy we would have used his name. My grandma passed way when I was 9 and I still think about her all the time. She was a wonderful woman who I am happy to name my daughter after.

That is a pretty name!
Very nice name with a lovely meaning to it as well. One of the boys names DH and I are choosing between includes my grandfather's middle name (and one that several other forefathers/uncles of his have had as well).
Unfortunately DH is more emotionally attached to the other name option's first name and the two together would just be too long I think.
Im really sorry that you lost such a special family member and I hope your daughter will bring you lots of new times full of happiness too.
