It is hard enough to face infertility, but adding in the fear of mc/pregnancy loss makes our journeys all the more stressful. This check-in is just a way to provide extra support to each other. Update: ER is tomorrow for IVF #4.2. I'm hoping for lots of great quality eggs and that they all fertilize... but that never happens.

Twin boys born & lost on 8/16/11 at 18w1d due to PPROM & preterm labor.
IVF #4.1 in Jan 2012 converted to IUI on 1/7/12 = BFN
IVF #4.2 w ICSI in Feb 2012. Lupron on 2/10. Stims on 2/18. ER on 2/29- 7R,6F
ET scheduled for 3/5/12- nothing to transfer
Dh seeing new MFI uro & Dh starting meds- June 2012.
IVF #5 in Dec 2012 = BFFN.
IVF #6 planned for Spring 2013. Praying for our take home baby/ies.

H was born at 41w2d on 12/29/12 - be still my heart!
#2 IVF/ICSI 1/19/14 = 2 x 8 cells transferred (3dt) = BFP!! EDD 10/09/14
M&W born at 37 weeks on 9/18/14 - I am the momma of 3 boys!!!
Update: beta Thursday, not expecting it to be positive. Not sure where we go from here.
Qotw: if it's DH babying me because I feel miserable he will make this fantastic tea tray. We have a big wooden tray and he will make two tiny pots (I collect tea pots and many only hold a cup or two) with different flavors, bring a little sugar bowl, spoon and cup with saucer. He will bring it to me wherever I am and it's his little comforting ritual. I love it.
If I just want basic comfort self administered, Campbell's tomato soup and saltines always make me feel better.

Update: I am in the long wait between beta#2 and my u/s (March 9). MH keeps reminding me to stay positive, but it is so hard to not worry about the outcome, so much harder than my first time around.

My update: I had my D&C this morning. Woke up three times during it, but thankfully I remember nothing. I'm told it took a lot of IV meds to keep me down. Lots of sleeping today. Now we wait for a period and then we'll be back on the terrifying IVF horse.

Thanks ladies!!!! I go in for my first u/s this Thursday. Not expecting to see really anything yet. It is still early. I am beyond terrified of what happened last time. Right know my EDD is 10/30/12.

Still dealing with trying to get my beta down, today had a very painful modified endo biopsy to p~ss off my lining and get things moving. RE wants to do methotrexate if that didn't work - I am thinking maybe we just go to D&C. I can't stand this much longer.
My favorite comfort food... wine. LOL Ok maybe fries. I also love pasta.
I just wanted to say thank you everyone for your thoughts. I have been on a bump break for a few weeks between TTA, stress at work and the impending EDD. I popped on tonight and happened to catch the check in and was genuinely touched to see that you are thinking of me. I will try to get on more often and post support- you ladies are the best.

5/09- Off BCP, 5/09-9/09- No period, 9/09-9/10- Lots of Tests & accupuncture
10/10 and 11/10- 2 rounds of Menopur + TI= BFNS
12/10-IUI #1 Menopur = BFN
1/11- IUI #2 Menopur = BFP, 2/11 missed mc at 9 weeks, D&C
5/11- Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum
6/11- IUI #3 Menopur = BFP, 8/11 missed mc at 11 weeks, D&C
1/12- Lap and Operative Hysteroscopy to remove uterine septum (again) & scar tissue
2/12- Stint Removal, 3/12 repeat SHG and HSG- showed scar tissue blocking right tube
4/12- Operative hysteroscopy (again), RE said he can now see right tube (yay!)
5/12- Stint removal, 6/12 repeat SHG and HSG-both tubes are open!
8/12- IUI #4 Bravelle = BFN
9/12-IUI #5 Bravelle = BFN
1/13- IVF #1, micro-flare protocol, 7R, 6F, 5dt of 2 AA embryos, 1 to freeze = BFP
Beta #1: 176, Beta #2: 422, EDD 10/8/13- it's TWINS!
