GTKY! Favorite Holiday

The board's been really slow, so I thought a GTKY was in order!

So lets hear it - what's your favorite holiday and why?  Bonus points for PIP!

    I have to go with Christmas. For all the typical reasons one would expect but I still get that magical feeling when I get to my parents house that day. We see each other often but on Christmas Day it's nice to see everyone in such good spirits. We just have a LOT of fun!

    BFP #1: 12/2009 m/c 1/2010 BFP #2: 6/2010 m/c 8/2010

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]

    Great idea!  It's been super slow over here.

    Mine is Christmas!  Mostly since we moved into our house because we have everyone here and I get to decorate and everything.  Oh..best part...I'm Jewish...LOL

    3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)
    IVF and Natural FET resulted in BFN's and a hole in our wallets
    Natural BFP #4 on 9/7/12 gave us our miracle on 5/18/13

    Christmas because my entire family gets together and we have wonderful traditions. it is so nice to have all 30 of us doing traditions that mt family has been doing for over 100 years. I want it to be christmas now!!

    Married 11/27/09 and TTC right away
    Dx: Complete septate uterus with cervical duplication, endometrial polyps, PCOS, endometriosis, hypo thyroid, luteal phase defect
    4 uterus surgeries to correct my complete septum and to remove polyps and 2 years of seeing the RE, medicated cycles and IUIs
    Baby 1 and 2: BFP 3/3/11 with 2 babies EDD 11/1/11, M/C 4/6/11
    Baby #3: 8/11 pregnant EDD 4/27/11 and m/c:(
    Baby #4: 10/12/11 BFP! EDD 6/16/12m/c 10/26/11
    Baby #5: 3/13/12 BFP! EDD 11/25/12 ANOTHER m/c :(

    Baby #6: 2/14/13- BFP! EDD 10/24/13, CP 2/19/13
    Baby #7: 3/15/13- BFP! EDD 11/27/13, another CP
    Baby #8.  BFP 5/19/13 EDD 1/22/14. 8 was not our lucky number

    4th septum resection on 5/31/13.
    Baby #9: 6/29/13 BFP. C section scheduled for March 5th!

    My miracle baby was born March 5 at 9:33am. He was 8 lbs 12.5 oz and 21.25 inches long!

    Christmas, we usually spend Christmas eve having our big seafood dinner and Christmas day we spend the entire day with my family.

    I really like Thanksgiving - it's a day we spend with family without all of the issues of worrying about presents, and the food rocks!
    Mom to Eliott Alexander, born sleeping at 37 weeks on 8/13/10. Most of us only dream of angels - I held one in my arms.

    Mine is Christmas too!   We always have a big Christmas Eve family gathering that's a lot of fun.  It's all kinds of crazy, but in a good way :)

    I've always loved Halloween. I love seeing people get dressed up and hanging out with my family. We make spaghetti and meatballs every since since I can remember. It's great fun.

    My favorite holiday is christmas. I get really giddy and excited. We have a big get together at my Grandma's, then go to SIL's, when we get home we open our christmas jammies and get cozy for bed. On Christmas Day I cook a big meal and my parents, MIL, FIL, and Grandma come over. Then we eat, drink, and make merry! I love it.

    Christmas for sure! It's the food and family from Thanksgiving that I love, but also I LOVE giving gifts and it's a good excuse to spoil people.
