Prenatal Yoga at Wild Lotus

Hey so I am strongly pondering a natural birth, so I need to get my body ready. I am thinking about taking a prenatal yoga class at Wild Lotus. Has anyone taken a class there before? (my first yoga class)

    hi i take prenatal yoga at destination maternity and the teacher there teaches at wild lotus also. I have never done yoga before this and it is doable very relaxing and it won't hurt to try it

    I can't say anything about that class from personal experience, but my good friend is an instructor Wild Lotus and I would venture to say that any class they offer is going to be pretty amazing. I've heard nothing but great things about them. =)
