Hi ladies,

Not sure if this is the right board to hit up, but I can't find this anywhere in my regular Bump search... Anyway, my friend just lost her baby (1st tri, but still having a really rough time). The bump emails telling her how far along she is aren't helping. She's sent them to her junk mail, but she still knows they're there... SO I have a dumb question, can someone please direct me (to tell her) where to go to currently unsubscribe to the emails please. Thanks for any help you can offer; it's greatly appreciated.

    This happened to me after my loss. She just goes into her profile account and removes the date she is due. You can click the "trying to conceive" box and it will stop sending the emails. HTH!

    Not sure if they fixed it so you can do it yourself now, but I know after my loss, a lot of ladies had to contact TB and have them stop sending the emails/change the ticker when you log on.  The email address is community@thebump.com.  I was so scared about this that I didn't even enter this pregnancy in my profile and I still haven't.

    And jk- I know; I was thinking they might make this somewhat accessible considering what a painful reminder every small thing can be during this time. Bump emails w/ birth countdowns are NOT needed! I appreciate the email address, as I'll see if a polite but highly persuasive email might make a difference here.
