I'm being monitored for low-lying placenta, and as of today it's still low-lying at 2.2cm from my cervix, but I do think it's moved a bit since my last u/s a month ago. (I guess 3cm is the magic number it needs to get to?) So another u/s in my future to monitor! We set up our next u/s for the same day we're going to have our 3d u/s done! I'm so excited for that.
It was very cool today though because even though baby boy (yep, still a boy) was laying with his spine out towards my belly, we could see him kicking on the u/s and I could feel it as he was kicking! So at least I know that what I've been feeling are actual movements! ![]()
So much fun to see baby again!!
Re: Today's u/s
i'm sorry to hear your placenta has not moved more but yay to seeing baby kicks! I rem the first time I experienced that too and remember thinking, "ooooooh, so that's what that is."
yay to still team blue.

Sorry about the placenta, but its great to see the baby!
Does your doctor believe it will move up as it grows. I had to do 3 u/s due to a low lying placenta, but my doctor was confident it would not turn into an issue and lucky for me it didn't!! I hope you have the same result.
